The Nature Exchange is open during regular Chattahoochee Nature Center operating hours and is included with admission. Trading ends at 4:30 pm. CNC members can visit the Nature Exchange for free everyday.

Get to know all the little critters sharing the rivers and ponds. Stop by the Nature Exchange and see if you can guess which animals do what and where in the waters around us.

Spring Scavenger Hunt
March-May
Beavers love the water, and they are great swimmers. Do you know why? Take a hike around Beaver Pond and hunt for clues about these furry swimmers and their families. The Scavenger Hunt starts in the Nature Exchange.
Home School Science Monday- Last one before summer vacation!

Learn over lunch about our beautiful bats and International Year of the Bat. Afterwards, head to the Nature Exchange for trading, project help and to solve the science experiment of the month!
Start of Summer Play Day featuring Laughing Matters!
Saturday, May 26, 12-4pm
All Ages
Included with general admission
At noon, warm up for Play Day with giggles and guffaws. Laughing Matters’ improvisation will tickle the funny bone as you share your ideas and take part in the unscripted, unexpected and hilarious results.
Starting at 1pm, kick off the summer with parachutes, hula hoops, sidewalk chalk, Frisbees and more. We supply the toys, you supply the imagination.
