Unity Garden Educational Programming

“The garden is a great teacher” - Gertrude Jekyll Working in the Unity Garden provides the volunteer with great hands-on learning experiences in vegetable and herb gardening. The needs of the garden and the plants are constantly changing and the Chattahoochee Nature Center invites you to come learn with us.

To promote good health and the rewards of growing your own food, the Unity Garden has a series of on-going educational workshops on topics relating to gardening and healthy outdoor living. These seminars are especially appropriate for people who are hoping to start a new home vegetable garden and want to learn more about how to get started.
